We regularly work with team managers from all walks of life. The demands are very different from one manager to another, and we respond by devising tailor-made workshops or courses. Sometimes it’s a question of training: teams want to discover methodologies linked to innovation. Often it’s mixed projects (and we love these :)) They involve training in design thinking, for example, while working on a real challenge.
